we use STREAM MOBILE a Monitoring System that, without the need of Line
intervention, collects rich information of Product behavior on Production lines.
It also gathers information on Station work times.
Data registered at Production Floor and Data Acquisition Software is
at best global and confusing.
STREAM MONITORING measures Micro Stops identifying those related with Logistic behavior
during Product handling. The resulting information is then analyzed to obtain MTBF and MTTR
STREAM GRAPHS and statistic information. These Services include Recommended Improvement
Actions fully tested and Emulated through SIMULATION Software for guaranteed Line improvement.
